If you’ve never made a decision to follow Jesus Christ, or if you’re not sure where you stand with God, this page is for you. The Gospel is the most important message you will ever hear.

The Gospel

God loves you and created you for a purpose. But sin has separated every person from God. The Bible says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

The consequence of sin is death — spiritual separation from God. But God, in His love, sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for our sin. Jesus died on the cross, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3–4).

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

How to Follow Jesus

Salvation is a gift from God, received by faith. You don’t earn it — you receive it. Here’s how:

• Admit that you are a sinner and need God.
• Believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose from the dead.
• Confess Jesus as Lord of your life and turn from your old ways.
• Receive Him by faith into your heart and life.

A Simple Prayer

If you’re ready to take this step, you can pray something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner. I believe that You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sin and I invite You to come into my heart and life. I trust You as my Savior and commit to follow You as Lord. Thank You for saving me. Amen.”

What Happens After Salvation?

When you place your faith in Jesus Christ, you are born again (John 3:3). You become a new creation — the old has gone, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). Here’s what we recommend as your next steps:

• Tell someone about your decision.
• Get baptized in water as a public declaration of your faith.
• Connect with a local church or apostolic community for growth and discipleship.
• Begin reading the Bible and developing a prayer life.
