Training & Equipping

God’s plan for the Church has always included training and equipping His people for the work of ministry. This is not just for pastors and preachers — every believer has a ministry, a calling, and gifts that need to be developed and deployed. This is where that happens.

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:11–12
